 Description
Vacuum packed individually. One 470g breast serve from 2 to 3 persons.

 Cooking
1. Slit the skin side of the breast.
2. Sear the meat on stove top, beginning by the skin side, for 3 minutes each side.
3. Finish cooking in a preheated oven at 325F, for about 7 to 10 minutes or when the meat thermometer reach 140F.
4. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy the meat when pinkish.
