Therapeutist in physical readjustment, Jocelyne Ravenelle would never have imagined one day to take over the family farm and raise a type of rather marginal breeding, the Muskovy duck.
Her father, a former pork farmer, had five girls. In 1990, her father started talking to sell the family farm, Jocelyne decided to go head on in this adventure which was the breeding of Muskovy ducks.
To fully assume her new trade, Jocelyne had to go back to school and attend classes at the 'Institut de Technologie Agricole' in
St-Hyacinthe. |

Four generations of Ravenelle on the same grounds made it possible Jocelyne to be able to raise an imposing group of Muskovy Duck.
It's now with love and hapiness that she folds each day in a natural and rustic way her muskovy ducks that are a high quality meat.
This is a nice success story!
