Muscovy duck confit drumsticks
210 to 240 gr.
Muscovy duck meat, duck fat, coarse salt, garlic and spices.
Vacuum packed individually with the confit fat.
Preheat oven to 325F. Put in a covered baking dish for 10 minutes. Remove cover for the last 3 minutes of cooking.
Serve with wild rice and vegetables.
Suggestion : Keep the duck fat for making hash brown
