Muscovy duck confit drumsticks

270 g/confit drumstick

Muscovy duck meat, duck fat, coarse salt, garlic and spices.

Vacuum packed individually with the confit fat.

Preheat oven to 325F. Put in a covered baking dish for 10 minutes. Remove cover for the last 3 minutes of cooking..

Serve with wild rice and vegetables.

Suggestion  : Keep the duck fat for making hash brown.
